The train center plate is the core working component of a railway vehicle, usually installed as an upper plate under the car body's center sill and a lower plate on the bogie. It is mainly made of cast steel with flame-quenched bearing surfaces, and has the characteristics of high strength, excellent load-bearing capacity and good wear resistance. It can withstand heavy pressure, continuous impact and friction during the train's operation on complex track conditions, and its performance directly affects the running stability, load capacity and driving safety of the railway vehicle.
