Parfect Engineering Machinery Co., LTD, located in Ningbo city, China, is a standardized and professional fabrication factory.
The main products we fabricated are excavator undercarriage frames, track frames, excavator buckets, grapples, digger buckets, dozer buckets, track undercarriage frames, heavy pump frames, various stamping parts, etc. The materials we used for fabrication are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, such as Q235，Q345，Q690,NM360，NM400，Hardox400, Hardox500,SS304,SS316, etc.
Our factory is equipped with 2 sets of 15m*30m NC flame cutting machines, 1 set of 10m*30m NC laser cutting equipment, 2 sets each of 50tons to 800tons stamping machines, several sets of small cutting machines, and heavy bending machines. We can bend steel plate with max 100mm wall thickness. Max weight of product we can fabricate is 40tons.
For machining, we have several sets of 5000mm diameter lathe, 2sets of 4000*10000mm milling machines, 2 sets of 4000*4000mm CNC machining equipments. With these, we can meet different machining accuracy requirements.
In our factory, we have total 400 employees, with 15 CAD designers, and other 20 quality control men. We export 20000tons products per year. Such products are mainly exported to counties such as, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, etc.
To control the quality, we’ve been equipped with various testing equipments, such as spectrum, Magnetic Partical Inspection Instrument, UT equipment, CMM, Tensile Strength tester, Impact testing machine(-40℃), Hardness tester. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified, and has a good cooperation with the third party inspection company SGS. Thanks to the good quality offered, our products have a good reputation among customers.
